The courier used by Challenge dog foods run a 3-5 day delivery service (for orders processed before midday). If there is no-one at home to sign for the food it will not be left but a card will be left offering a telephone number for the local depot so that the food can be collected. If delivery instructions are given, i.e. leave in garage – the food will be left as per instructions. However we can accept no claims against non deliveries where specific delivery instructions have been given.

Should any delivery not be delivered within 48 hours (2 days) please contact the office so that a trace can be put onto the consignment. Any claims for non delivery must be made to us within 3 days – after that we cannot make a claim against DPD.

Delivery is £5 per bag to all postcodes in Mainland UK – please see excluded postcodes listed below.

We can also deliver to other areas however our couriers levy an additional charge for these areas. Please enquire for delivery elsewhere.

Please note that although we can arrange for our couriers to leave your goods when you are not at home. We cannot be held responsible for any goods that are stolen or damaged due to them being left.

Refunds & Returns.

Challenge Dog Food is committed to giving you the best possible product at the best possible price with excellent service.

Any product purchased from Challenge Dog Food that is found to be damaged in transit or is not the product actually ordered then please inform Challenge Dog Food within 24 hours of delivery. Should a product be found to be faulty then please contact Challenge Dog Food within 2 working days with details of product and batch number and we will investigate and either refund or replace the product.

If you have any questions regarding our food or delivery terms then please contact Challenge Dog Food first as once an order has been placed then unfortunately this cannot be changed. If you find that you have made a mistake in placing your order then we will endeavour to try and amend your order providing we are notified immediately – however we cannot guarantee to be able to do this. All orders received are processed/ despatched that day and no amendments or cancellations can be made after the order has been received as your order will already be packaged and awaiting collection by DPD.

In the event of a customer purchasing products from Challenge Dog Food by mistake and through no fault of Challenge Dog Food then we will either replace or refund the product providing the original product is returned to Challenge Dog Food head office in an un-used and saleable condition at the customer’s own expense.

Once the product has been received and checked and found that it is in an un-used and saleable condition then a full refund of the original order cost will be made – no payment will be made in respect of the cost of returning the product.
