Breeders Club Terms & Conditions.


This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Breeders Club and it is recommended that you keep a copy of this document for your reference.   Application for membership is invited by completing the Breeders Club application form online . Once your form has been received it will be processed and approved, you will then receive and email on how to order our special discounted breeder bags for working dogs. All working bags purchased in this way are for sole use of the member and are not available for re-sale to non-members.

Upon acceptance into the Breeders Club all members must agree to comply with the following: –

Feed Challenge Dog Food products to their dogs

Recommend Challenge Dog Food products to all new puppy owners

Supply new puppy owners with Challenge Puppy Food and forward new owners name and address to Challenge Dog Food

To notify Challenge Dog Food as soon as possible of any change of circumstances that may contravene these terms and conditions.

Members of the Breeders Club are entitled to purchase Challenge Dog Food 15kg Bags for working dogs at discounted rates.  Sale of the products will be subject to Challenge Dog Food prices and terms and conditions in force at the time of purchase and are subject to availability.  Orders must be placed direct with us and they must be for a minimum of two (2) 15kg bags and in multiples of 2 bags. All food orders can only be delivered to the address registered on the original application form and should be delivered in a maximum of three to five working days.

Please note that we are unable to provide a mail order service to certain Scottish postcodes, The Channel Isles, Ireland and The Isle of Man although we may be able to provide a pallet delivery to these areas – please ask for further details.

Challenge Dog Food reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel membership at any time with or without reason.  However by completing, signing and returning the form you will have agreed that the food purchased will be for and fed to working dogs in accordance with H.M.R.C reference 701/15 (March 2002) item 6.4 and that Challenge Dog Food will not be held liable for any incorrect information provided to us in the course of the Breeders Club Application process.
